SAD – free tips how to help yourself:

1/ Get some sunlight; even winter sunlight makes one to feel better 

2/ Boost your Vitamin D by taking a good supplement (D3 from Biocare is great) 

3/ Make sure you do not have sleep deficit

4/ Avoid eating product high in refined sugar as this leads to sugar rush and consequently lower mood

5/ Exercise daily to ensure release of endorphins (feel good hormones)

6/ Consider taking B vitamins as research shows that they benefit mood

7/ Consider using a light box

8/ Deal with stress creatively (mindfulness)
